Do not judge a whole group of people by the deeds of one.
Avoiding tax and exploting and ripping people off my in your opinion be the way Rivikin operates ( not realy argueing there) but these are not practices that are exlusive to anyone group of people in society and I doubt you could produce any proof what so ever that it is more common among Jews than any other group of people.
