The INT board has done a fantastic job in selling this structure to the AEL stakeholders. Look at the structure it is very interesting. I will buy your company, and give you the option to buy shares in my business at a price that is 120% higher than we are currently trading at.

They obviously have given the good people at AEL a strong enough reason to believe that INT's shareprice will be considerably higher than 12.5 cents in 2 years.....

This is getting interesting.
