It is a complex paper with much that I do not understand, but it is written by people in the field who know exactly what they are claiming and accordingly present copious scientific facts and checkable statistics as supporting evidence.

The paper was published in Jan 17 in the IEEE Communications Magazine which speaks volumes concerning the authority of the paper’s authors.
