at a quick glance BKN got a high PE due to being a growth stock.

todays announcement has shattered that premium.

last result issued, i think half yearly, contained 40% or there abouts increases over the pervious period.

EPS at the time was around 45 cents, going by comsec site target eps was 62 cents, factor in revised eps growth of 15% gives a full year eps target of 52 cents.

Now factor a lower PE of say 17 = SP of $8.84.

Also from my quick read of the announcement, the first bullet point about lack of growth suggests to me more pain come by an unforgiving market atm.
