    Yeah true, but CVI needs the cash to get the projects locked in and started - deal with fortitude and start some drilling in Matanda and possibly in Kwanza, though it seems full Kwanza contract signing is in July 08, Dec 13 is just prequalification.
    just as long as they do something value building with the $$ its no bad thing.
