I would like the app to capture a persons habits. Using location the app tracks which shops, restaurants and stores you go to without you having to tell it. It then creates a personalized profile on the things you like and recommends them to you. Better than that it captures times that you visit restaurants and over time the app learns when you like to eat. Then based on the 'when' and the 'what' that it has learned, the app can actually display notifications when you are near a cafe or restaurant that meets the criteria.

This is the growing trend in advertising. Personalized and intelligent. Push rather than pull. If the app can have that kind of an impact what business wouldn't want to be a part of it?
