Like you and the rest of the SGQ forum, I also would like to know what part of this dragon - if he is there - has been intersected. I'm hoping that MA71 and the later holes have only intersected the tip of his ear as he lies in a chaise longue, cross legged and sucking on a few suds whilst looking up at the grass roots and the drilling rig's underbelly.

Unfortunately as I alluded in my post which you quoted. It is difficult to visualise a shape because of the close spaced drilling and the paucity of information that is available to us on the structural and the geological setting . But, seriously, you are also correct in thinking that these rich intersections could be fragments on the edge of a major serpentinised ultramafic which could be significantly mineralised with sulphides and rich accessories. Indeed, a much more plausible theory than my fanciful silly musings.

As averagejoe mentioned, during the last 3 months of bad weather, the team would have had ample time to define and refine some very relevant targets from the geophysical surveys and core logging. I'm sure these targets will throw much more light and reveal a clearer, broader geological picture to pursue after the next drilling campaign.

IMO,if there is a significant ore body at Mt. Alexander, it will take quite a bit longer to define.
