I'm in a dilemma. Have been wanting to accumulate more FNP stock, as I'm convinced that the acquisitions and capital spending of the past couple of years is going to result in astounding growth in the mid to long term. If FNP meets its sales target it will be in the same territory that A2M was in FY2016 ... with a much more diversified product base and similar target export markets when compared to A2M
However, while the SP has ebbed lower for no discernable reason, my FNP average is in the low-to-mid 4s. I am wary that the high P/E, and the (currently) paltry dividend yield of 0.8%, could yank the SP way down again if there is any miss to sales guidance in H2FY2018. If there's a hint that growth is slower than expected in the short term, in this more volatile environment I'd be apprehensive about chances of keeping an SP with a 4 in front, let alone a 5. So I might keep my powder dry. I have enough skin in the game for now.
