You're like the person who see the "overnight" success of the latest virtuoso musician or a newly publicly embraced scientist who completely fail to see the many, many thankless hours that led to their emergence.

I am so fed up with this "show me the money NOW" mentality that discounts all the unheralded steps along the way to the final public moment when our protagonists find themselves "knee deep in concrete".

In the REAL world of business there is always a long sequence of steps and occasional reversals that need to be completed before you get over the line.

Many of the recent signs that we are successfully executing to our plan are being discounted by some who can only see that the final step still hasn't happened.

Its childish and, frankly, a little ridiculous.
