CST has been busy implementing their business plan, the delays were not expected but are being dealt with. Much of the previous optimism of enormous wealth overnight was the product of investor enthusiasm, the management's confidence has always been conservative. As a consequence the s/p is relatively static.
How other bios plan to expedite their business plans will be interesting as many are still at pre approval stages and have such a long way to go.
