I hope the directors of Herald make this a diplomatic issue and get as much international publicity as they can for the shonky and corrupt way business is done in Indonesia.
Really what Bumi are saying is "we are Indonesian and we know who to pay to get the Forestry Approval."
They have probably already been involved in delaying the necessary approvals until they can get their hands on the resource.
Im sure the Herald directors would like to tell them to stick the offer up their Bumi !
