ESI - nearly tipped this perennial dog last night. They're into coal technology and have been working on a big deal with the Indians. I was expecting that about 15-18 months ago but it got delayed for various reasons. I started watching again this year and it seems it finally might be about to happen in the next month or so. Was stuck in a trading range of 0.8c - 1c but now has broken out to 1.1c. Might be one to watch.
