Sellers outweighing buyers, once again raising substantial capital at below market price ($1.85) does not increase market capital. A smaller capital raising would of provided sufficient funds for drilling in the short term without diluting the market share price.
Resoure upgrades and infrastructure news may increase market caps.
Very disappointing, price forecast of $1.75 to $1.85 is foreseeable.
