    Buy Woodside Petroluem ..... enjoy the dividend ... don't worry about short/ medium share price fluctuations in WPL as its future growth is assured.

    By 2007 you will be laughing all the way to the bank with hefy dividend yield inreases and great capital gains.

    Better than houses imo.
