Concealed in the sense that it was put at the bottom of another announcement as a kind of side note.
I would have thought that a director leaving the company after a 4 year tenure would have more than a single sentence paragraph at the end of another announcement. Just raising it as a potential red flag as I'm always dubious of companies that do things like this.
