Point to remember....That is all they are atm. Drilling whispers are just like chinese whispers.
Starts with a foot and ends with a furlong...

At this point in time they are only rumours and until confirmed by the company you should treat them that way if you so wish.

But, the whole FN stockmarket is driven by rumour and innuendo with a lot of it having some truth attached to it.
BHP having an interest in RIO was a rumour until it wasn't???

I know I have heard a few myself from 30-60 mtrs. But these numbers are not unrealistic either one should remember.

Points to remember.

UMC are currently drilling - FACT
This company has a history of running prior to news - FACT
UMC has stated they have hit 50 mtrs Marra Mamba - FICTION
Marra Mamba orebodies quite common to be 50 mtrs thick - FACT
UMC has stated this could be 150-250Mt - FICTION
The geology has the potential to host over 150Mt - FACT

We can try and keep it real but need to be realistic about the potential also.

Besides the folks who have been here a while realise this and will still be here in 12 months time, so the price volatility is part and parcel of investing in a small speculative company such as this with huge upside.
They realise this and accept it. Sometimes grudgingly at times such as myself.

Personally, I have traded this too many times to count and made some money and lost some too.
More for fun and to keep it interesting at times.
I will say though that my first 100k of oppies I got for 14c have not been touched and will come up for 12 month anniversary Jan 10.
The other hundreds 12 months over the next three months.

The majority I hold for the facts and the potential.....
The minority I trade on the rumours and speculation.....

Treat it that way, have a few laughs along the way and we should all see each other in happier spirits in Broome and wherever else the journey takes us...
Take it all too seriously and when the emotions kick in you're a gonna.....

Stick with the fundamentals and play around with the rumours and you might worry a lot less...
Lastly drink red wine not flaming sambuccas.

ps...I heard a whisper that the chinese are looking at taking a position in UMC...It's a chinese whisper...lol
