as with @davmac comments - this requires an element of search optimisation.
Now, whilst @davmac clearly doesn't understand the advertising market, in a roundabout way he does have a valid point in that Big should really be employing some search optimisation tactics across both google and youtube to move results of customers businesses to the top of the page.
