Oh come on, having the discussion about management and their successes and failures is completely valid. It is one of the reasons this forum exists. If only for people to vent when their hard earned cash goes up in smoke.
If more management were honest about the challenges and opportunities they face then they might not take so much criticism. If you make yourself into a coconut, don't be surprised when somebody hurls a wooden ball at you.
Seriously, if you have praise, put it on here, if you have a valid criticism, put it on here. Mindless cheerleaders can go to Facebook.
