On the other hand, lets assume we are 200 retail SH and if we can organise 200 different proxies to attend the EGM means 200 votes? How can this be possible that the decision goes in our favour where we are holding only small % as compared to 1 proxy holding 34%?
In my opinion, we all can have one proxy, where the total number of shares will count when he/she raise the hand against the SPA. So physical presence of the proxy is important here and not the number of proxies for each retail SH, otherwise we can hire a few buses and fill the EGM, but this cannot be true...
In summary, IMHO, we all need one proxy to attend and raise hand against the SPA. At the end, the number of shares held by the proxy will count and not the number of proxies attending the EGM. May be the two Tom's can be our proxies if they are voting against the SPA.

We in Europe need to be registred in Computer shares to vote. To do this we need a SRN / HIN number. The bank here dont have any idea how to get this number. Could someone here give us Information WHO could give us this number?
