Went over this on a few of the threads last night. Smyth probably isnt participating in the open bidding process. He said previously to someone on here that he would never take part in open an bidding process as he cannot match the big boys.
He's likely to be working on something seperate to KON11 and KON12 which are up for graps in the bidding process.
