Actually, I think it's more that most of the sellers can't afford to dump. I would imagine that the amount of people that got shares under 11c over the last few months would now be in a minority. The amount of shares traded over 11c since the end of October has been massive and people generally are adverse to making a loss. I'm not saying these people won't dump on bad news - that's almost a given - but I think they are unlikely to dump before announcements, particularly when everything seems to be going according to plan with RAU.
