Captain Singh is well connected in high places with Indian goverment and HCL. I got that from a Indian senior engineer who works same place as me. If the Capt has done his job right then its all good.
On a side note though how exposed is IRl to a easy takeover by say Oxinana if IRL was to get the mine which they are also tendering for. At 0.175c its damn cheap.
