Too bad the chart can’t comprehend basic English, something that a number of people on this forum fail to understand.
Amendments granted... last I checked granted when used as a verb in the past tense refers to something given or accepted/approved.
Anyone that can interpret English correctly would assume that amendments were requested by MNS and have now been approved (likely to apply retrospectively from the granting of the SEZ).
I’m no chartist and while the chart may suggest negative news, basic English suggests otherwise...
