In early 2015 after living overseas for a couple of years and ignoring my portfolio of so called blue chips `BHP,RIO, ANZ,WESTPAC ETC came back to Australia and thought my portfolio hade done sweet f##k all!
I decided to do some research and thought what will be the next disrupter. Energy prices in Australia were nuts compared to Colorado and I had just put a large solar power system on my newly renovated home.
It got me thinking SOLAR/RENEWABLE power companies. Then I thought NO, battery companies, then I thought go further back in the supply chain, who supplies the battery companies and what can they not do without?
Lithium!! More research. At the time put a little into AJM, a little into PIO, little into no names and ALOT into GXY.
I made a heap out of AJM a little out of PIO and lost most the money in no names. What a ride in those first few months. WOW!
My average in GXY was 16c/80c.
I have sold about 2 per cent of my holding in GXY, the occassional Amex bill etc.
YES we have seen great highs mid $4.00 and lows ,no need to go there.

Remember we have a world class company generating income and 2 world class assets yet undeveloped.

I think by May this year our sp will be back where it should be now mid to high $4.
By MID 2020 we will hopefully be number 4 in the world and nearer $10 beacause we will be well and truly rerated internationally.

If you can hold your shares HOLD!! We all have different reasons for selling but if you can keep you shares you will be rewarded.
