The Rett Syndrome site says:

I went the lowest possible in modelling...not sure how you are extrapolating males into the equation given the Rett statement. I might also say that the 80,000 dollar treatment cost is well under industry standard which is currently running at about 100,000 per year as far as I'm aware.
Run the numbers at 100, 000 and a mid point, say 1/16000. Keep the 36%.
What's that company worth? Rett alone, USA alone!
