I wouldn't necessarily call placing two 2 million shares sell orders directly in the line of fire at 11.5c, with only a few hundred thousand ahead of them in the queue and with more than 6 million shares on the bid side at 11c as playing games.
I'd suggest these shares are genuinely there to be sold.
I guess people see what they want to see.
