I note that Next Mining Boom (which I generally don't read) is ramping LIT. Apparently they are proposing a pilot plant with their CSIRO patents and have an offer for convertible notes for $28M from a US fund. My experience of these deals from US funds is that the terms are outrageous. However Fortescue made good on such finance so who knows? It could be worth a look by holders.
