I don't disagree... as it being a smart place to park a buy order if you are looking for cheap, not certainty of purchase.
If it hits buy order it will be through a shock to the market that may be short lived (cheap shares)... if it never hits your buy order, then SP has found a floor and should go up with more good news over time.
I see a bright future for CLA, and a slim chance of getting some cheap shares ... .win / win.
