    We will be making an announcement as soon as the supplementary EIS is submitted and,

    Yes, we can release a DFS with the EIS still pending as the DFS is the technical/engineering solution and the economic outcome. The DFS work has informed the EIS. The environmental License is just another piece of the overall project puzzle that needs to be completed.
