Just as I thought the Punters have given an arbitrary date of June 30 which I think doesn't look to be met. Will the ministers sign off before they come to Australia? I would say it seems unlikely.
I bet the Indians come in May, for the uninitiated, that's 1 month before June and given that step is before NITI Aayog which took almost the entirety of last year to determine they should review their proposal. So I think the 1 month to "approve" it as a final step also seems unlikely.
This stinker just keeps on stinking.
