I see, lots are questioning sgq should have raised later, higher SP less dilution etc. Doesn't work like that. Corporations have to look after the sophs & insto so that their's a high probabilty of a return on their investment. Otherwise noboby would invest. Companies do this by raising prior to a drilling program knowing that there's a high certainty of positive results to lift the sp. Looking after the money lenders ensures the business can raise capital whenever needed again and again.

The way JP has structured the drilling, almost guarentee's a good positive newsflow to the market. ie The sizzor holes and other drilling just about on top of existing positive intersections. These holes will provide the results the market wants to hear. Punters will rush in, and a buying frenzie will occur, as yourv'e seen before. Sophs and insto's will then sell into this uptrend and recoup a nice 50% plus return. Rinse and repeat.

The cr price is goverened, to a 25% discount to the 5 day vwap. So if the average is 21 cents, minimum cr raise price is 16 cps. I can see 17.5 cps with some oppies.

Need more shares? Don't forget the sp will pull back to the cr price, as the sophs that are already holding sgq shares offload their current shares and pick up a few extra pips, knowing they already have new shares in cr to offset their selling.

JP has planned this cr perfectly. It's a win - win from every angle your looking from.

Capital raise? Maybe 10c if they are lucky, seriously who would stump up millions in cash after the complete BS he spruked on video?

This company is a humourless joke. Anyway too late now if your still invested, I did warn everyone quite a few times and got abused for it, so bad luck if you've done your dough.
