Yep, top 20 holding marginally more than in November, but less than in October.

As at 23rd october 2017:
453,222,781 (48.97%)
As at 5th march 2018:
442,083,531: (43.11%)
Possibly sold a bit to participate in the last CR? Good on em if they did.
They'll need to stump up again, but on less favourable terms this time.
Even if all the top 20 take up their 1 to 5 entitlement only around $700k will be raised.
Anyone that doesnt cops a 30% dillution.
Some seriously good news is needed before the close of this offer.
