Barry, Two ways to measure U grades. Metric ppm (parts per million) and pounds/ounces per ton. One meric tonne / 2,200 pounds (long ton) equals to 1,000 kilograms. Thus 2,200 ppm / 1 kilo = 2.2 pounds per long tonne.

MKY grades are NOT typical of other Australian U deposits such as "roll front" that are depositional (where leachate has been deposited). These deposits are NOT the original source of the U. MKY is potentially sitting on the motherlode, which in this case may be a system of very rich veins. IF the veins are thick / numerous and continuous then we have an extremely bullish situation.

The general area around Palmer River has had a number of very large volcanic events occur on a series of fault lines i.e. Mt. Carbine and it explains why BHP was a major leaseholder in the area (looking for elephant gold deposits that were never found). The U.S. Geological Survey defined Mt. Carbine as a tungsten deposit of over one hundred million tons of low grade ore. There are a number of faults that run North / South thru the area. To the North of Mt Carbine VML has found another significant volcanic event (for tungsten) and RAU has identified another tungsten target on a parallel fault line to the West of VML. Further North RAU has identified a number of volcanic gold targets with potential for substantial gold in the range of hundreds of thousands of ounces per multiple occurences.Palmer River has hundreds of gold shows and old small workings and reports of alluvial gold production. Other base metal shows are everywhere i.e. tin copper, moly etc..

MKY is to the North of VML and North East of RAU and may also be sitting on a major geological event. IF this is the case we should find a number of U bearing vein systems that come to the surface and the weathered detrius should have collected / leached into and around the general area.

My sense is that we are sitting on a U prospect that is high grade and very unique, which explains the lack of interest from major brokerages and investors. They do not like to get involved in "unusual" geological events (analysts do not want to get fired for sticking their necks out) will wait until MKY confirms the nature of the u and its continuity of u that is located on this property before they enter. Those folk who have loaded up the truck stand to make very large percentage gains (if our bullish theory holds up) Good luck to all longs.
