Please bare in mind, if/when we pull the trigger, the EGM can take 49days.
5% of Shareholders who meet certain criteria can requisition a general meeting: within 21 days from the date of receipt of requisition the directors must send out a notice to convene a meeting within 28 days after the date of giving the notice.
Essentially, 21days + 28days = 49days.
That's circa 1.5months, after/if we pull the trigger.
