    Interesting possibilty.

    But if this was the case, wouldnt you think they'd just do a larger placement? $500k isnt much...

    Argument last time to do placement over offering shares to holders was it that it was faster and cheaper.

    Looks to me this is once again a last resort, where there are no better options. (Perception only - not fact)
