Ain't sophisticated at all.
But quick back of envelope calculation $78million (SPP) divided by $15000 = 5200 shareholders. As there were over 3700 shareholders (at the end of 2017) the 5200 figure looks about right. That would mean that any holding would entitle shareholders to apply for and receive $15000 worth of shares,
Just to check I have sought a response from CLQ as to the definition of "Eligible Shareholders",
