Some of you Guys must have picked up on this. When you listen to the WallSt interview he spoke of the onshore oil…………Have another listen.

MS:- Before the War the onshore areas were pumping about 20000bblspd but the area was devastated so their now starting afresh. For a small company like CityView 10000bblspd is vey good, and the tax rates in Angola are excellent……Humm?

So IMHO MS & Co expect to possibly acquire at least 1/2 of the pre producing onshore areas that were in production before the War? If this happens to be the case then we really are in the Box seat.
