it is a bit like traffic conjestions; they are a lot worse in cities than in country regions.
a few years ago my father had to be moved from a bed in a critical unit to a general section because his bed was needed by another patient in a critical condition, even though my father was still in a critical stage recovering from a heart attack.
Now, banjar, this is speaking from personal experience, no hearsay. You should get out to the big cities (that is where the majority of Australians live) more often and experience some of the thngs that should be upgraded.
