200 AUD/oz aren't realistic imo. Where has AAM announced this figure ?
Laverton neighboor Crescent have cash costs of 550-600 AUD/oz, o.k. the grades are lower there.
Integra for example announced for its Randal open pit 540 AUD/cash costs (2,6 g AU/t).
John Williams posted me the figure cash costs <600 AUD. But i don't know if this figure is the average of brightar (grade 2,2 Au/t) or if it is the figure for the highgrade zones Alpha and Beta. You have to consider the ore is widespread widerspread over a big area, so we have according to this transport costs.
And i really don't know an australian gold-producer with cash-costs of 200 AUD/oz.? Even in african low wage countries like ghana etc. you have by now cash costs of >300 USD/oz.
We should have a realistic anticipation to the feas results.
Independent of this AAM is a no-brainer
