I couldn't remember who posted the time frames for the various milestones in the ICC process, was it you? I vaguely remember that there was a mention of a time frame from the appointment of arbitrators to the Term of Reference point and then there was also a time frame from thence to a decision.

Assuming what Bullant said happens, the next 3 months will be interesting. Considering that if they, COP and WPL, wanted to stop the proceedings or (extreme case a TO) they have to get a move on now, as it would take months to get going and by then the ICC could have handed down the decision.

The saying "someone always in the know"; could this be the reason for the SP bumping up. I'll say if Bullant could find this out, Meridian definitely could and more. Mr 25600?
