As I said $1 is the minimum and I highly doubt the directors will go with this offer. You can expect her to push up to around the 1.20 mark and if ZFX pull their finger out they would offer around 1.20 to 1.30 a share. As a producer thats what I believe AGM should be worth. PON will recover and wont stay down forever. China and India are still booming. AGM will be a cash cow for many years and ZFX know this. Any other opinions?
