However I believe another suiter will come into play and the final price paid will be more like $1.2 to $1.3 billion.....this relates to about the $1.50 mark.

$1.0 is a joke and will get vehemently rejected....but it is a first offer and remember they still haven't come out with their resource upgrade.....and there is the price of the resource still undiscovered.
