The question is if the MD went to jail for blackmailing people, why wasn't this disclosed to prospective investors in the company - instead of having to be dug up by an investigative reporter of the AFR.
Maybe it would have changed some investment decisions - before things went pear shaped.
Are there any holders who think this shouldn't have been disclosed, seriously?
I don't see how the non-disclosure can be defended by anyone.
