Loyalty Options?

The following link is about the best example I know of for average Mick-n-Joe retail investors regarding what can go wrong with fund raising. Problem is it would be the "Best" if the whole story was told. Loyalty Options is a cool catch-um-investors trick IMO. The very word Loyalty is the red flag. Many are the companies that have offered options to their investors (without tricks). And yes it's a local event here atsince investors like myself in the US are unable to partake. So I am here just to remind folks options are higher risk than flat out ownership. I myself own my stocks. I do not risk my money on a future target price. Having said this I take this time to also point out stock splits (including reverse splits or consolidation as some companies prefer to have their investors think) are part of fund(s) raising. Just one of many which may or may not lead to the dreaded dilution.
