I haven't applied for any jobs that I don't fit into due to my race or gender. Who knows how much this held my career back.

As for a job as a whigner, that market is taken up by government funded commissions with biases for females and non white people.

The HRC failings to Bill Leak, the Queensland university students and quick dismissal of claims made by white men is just one example.

Power rests with special interest groups

Fortunately, the group that is most discriminated against does not seek government intervention to help them. The victim mentality which leads to a lack of action is the most damaging thing for any race or gender.
