BC ...Somebody is profiting from the go slow,of that you can be certain .
My guess would be KLA or possibly even bigger players .
They'll be grabbing anything and everything they can lay their hands on, while prices are depressed.
Nothing else makes any sense.
QH and DL may be slow ,hey they may even be a little thick.
But they know what is required here the same as you and I.
They're just not allowing it to happen.
They are stalling ,kowtowing to the whims of extremely wealthy people who clearly have them in the palm of their hands,by the balls or what ever other analogy you care to come up with.
They say money talks,its just that we being pawns, haven't been accorded the privilege of hearing that same conversation.
