the company would have been fully aware of the CEOL/Codelco news last week and it was only after I posted the media articles that the market was informed of the significant industry developments. statutory obligations and continuous disclosure are two things that come to mind.
to be honest I am quite disappointed in @gekko and @13th because I found your posts to somewhat intelligent. so next you decide to troll me, ask yourself the question, when was the last time I forced a company with a market capitalisation of 100 million to make a price sensitive announcement?

and on an other note, i expect to see an announcement tomorrow morning regarding an official off-take MOU with Fulin following Martin's tweet on March 9.
