with those grades MWE will be a lower quartile cost producer if it ever does so doubt Cu price will affect sp. some nice results from safari north from shellow depth could send the sp higher as mining could be fast tracked IMHO
Also a concrete assurance by the president of DRC on MWE having all mining agreements re ratified will remove sovereign risk partially.
