aim resources...debentures issue., page-5

G'day Viv.

I take it this meeting has something to do with the debentures as they state in that debenture issue annmnt it was to be done on or around 20th Dec.

Well I think most of the questions You'd be asking anyway Viv but a few that spring to mind would be.

*Whats happening with the Perkoa assays?

Seems they have been lost completely if this amount of time is anything to go by without an annmnt.They finished this drilling and anncd that fact to market 12/9/07.Thats over 3 months for what should be a relatively straight forward assaying process.Are they going to ann the resource extension at the same time.Hmmmm.Probably not but I hope so as it would be the only thing that might make up for the inordinate amount of time this has taken.

*Was the drilling at Perkoa sufficient enough to actually give a JORC'd resource extension or are they having to do more drilling.

*Are we still having leak issues with the box cut during this wet season or has it been remedied?

*Can they explain why the market cap has been devalued so much?

As we all know the market rarely lies so there must be some reasoning behind the sp dropping so much.Dilution perhaps.Will there be anything other than continuing continuity of that S36 result at Mumbwa that will bring value back to holders.

*Has the portal been finished.If not why the wait.Is it the wet season creating havoc perhaps.

*Still no finalising of the offtakes.

For a company that keeps saying their zinc concentrate is in demand for blending its taking an aweful lot of time to sign up the other offtakes.

Dont worry if You dont get a chance Viv but Im sure these are all questions we'd all like a bit of an update to.Like I say I'd be pretty sure You'd have most of these penciled in already.

Interesting that they dont invite any top 20 options holders to this little shindig.Cant say that id throw any more at them anyway even if I did have some the way things are travelling fundamentally atm.
