Cancun Trading was on the original prospectus, so who is behind it. It all seems unusual they would pay a premium unless they had some strong guarantees. Interestingly an ASIC search reveals they lodged on 16/02/2018 Notification of Application to Wind Up Company Under S. (519G) 459p, 462 or 464 (). It could be a reorg of structures does anyone know more about Cancun Trading?
